Website Intake Form
IMAGES:
Some industries are not well represented in our image resource library which may require additional expenses to secure the types of images your site requires.
We have a library of images we will use in the creation of your website which is included in the price. If you wish to purchase different and/or additional images for inclusion on your website, purchase the highest resolution image available and send to us via Dropbox.
All images must have an identifiable file name for easy identification.
Product photos, building photos, team photos and all other images that are unique to your company must be supplied before we start your project.
EXISTING SITES:
If we are “lifting & shifting” content from your old site, you must tell us which pages/content is to be moved over to your new site.
THE PROCESS:
Once both the down payment has been received and the intake form has been completed we will provide you with a wireframe of your new website which is the layout out your new website navigation so we understand what content goes where. And what content will be included from your existing site, where applicable.
Once you sign off on the wireframe we will start either the “lift & shift” from your existing site or we will start constructing your new site.
With most websites you will receive the first draft of your website within 10 – 15* business days from the day you approve the wireframe. E-commerce and large websites will take longer.
This will then be your first round of edits.
All changes must be sent to us in a MSWORD document and must be clearly labeled using the following format so we know which page you’re referring to.
Home Page/3rd paragraph, 2nd sentence – there is an extra space after the word “company.”
About Us/2nd paragraph – change “his” to “ours”
Footer/ Business hours spacing looks to be off
Changes will typically be completed within 5 – 7 days
This will then be your second round of edits. At this point you will want to take the time to carefully proof all of your content, send yourself a test email through your Contact Us form and be sure all links are working correctly.

This will be your FINAL review before the website goes live! It is critical that you check every link, and proof all content.
